The Global Business Development team is like-minded people who share the ambitious goals of Ajax Systems.Ajax Systems is a Ukrainian success story, a place of incredible strength and energy.Responsibilities:Sell company products to current and potential key clients (installers, Alarm Receiving centers and security companies)Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and opportunitiesOperate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the Company and the customersProactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basisPrepare and execute sales training presentationsAssist with high-severity issue escalations as neededManage account services through quality checks and other follow-up metricsDevelop a trusted advisor relationshipFollow up on sales leads and referralsDevelop and maintain product knowledgePrepare a variety of status reports, including sales call activities, follow-ups and adherence to goals and objectivesCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffCoordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Sales Managers, Technical Engineers, Accounting, Logistics, Product Management, etc., in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectationsParticipate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing eventsRequirements:2+ years of sales experience with electronic security products (intrusion, cctv, access control, etc.) Great business senseResult-oriented mentality with the ability to function in a semi-autonomous environmentDeep understanding of industry standards, channels, and sectorsTechnical competence with security productsStrong sales and technical presentation skillsAbility to persuade and influence othersBachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related fields, preferredMaintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the publicWork requires regular travel to current and potential clients (this requires the possession of a valid driver’s license within employment)
