Senior Sales Operations Analyst The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting MaxAB Sales Operations by providing analytical insights, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. Evaluate existing sales processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve sales productivity. Implement best practices and tools to automate and optimize sales operations. Develop sales forecasting and planning processes, providing input based on data analysis and market insights. Ensure alignment between sales and different teams to maximize effectiveness. Make recommendations for improving sales performance based on data-driven insights. Serve as a liaison between sales and other functional areas to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and methodologies to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Proven experience (+2 years) in business analysis, or a related field. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
