Job Description

Monitors and analyzes Raya Trade LOB business units' results (Key Performance Indicators, Sales Targets, Working Capital, Gross Profits and expenses) and reports them to the Top management team on a weekly and monthly basis Compiles, consolidates and submits actual and budget data in various formats and reports, variance analysis and variance reports (actual vs. budget) and reports them to the top management Monitors all actual operational results and ensures adherence to the business plan per business unit and upon top management's request Responsible in preparing the monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and all finance closing procedures. Ensuring Accounting data integrity and utilizing large datasets from diverse systems to build financial models from scratch Assists the FP&A Lead in Annual plan, any rolling outlook, Long term planning. Implement, design and maintain dashboards by using data visualization tools Provide monthly business reports (store/segment, profitability by brand/category Work closely with the FP&A & head of finance in providing insights to help in the decision-making process.
