As a trainee, you'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in service management practices.Key Responsibilities:???? Learn and grasp IT service management concepts, frameworks, and best practices.????️ Assist in implementing and maintaining service management processes and procedures.???? Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.???? Contribute to developing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).???? Gain hands-on experience with service management tools and platforms.???? Support the documentation and communication of IT policies, procedures, and standards.???? Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IT service management.Requirements:????
