This role is based in Dubai.As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will assist with tracking the organization's financial performance and contribute to financial communication strategies by leveraging information from various key partners. You will play a key role in financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis of complex financial data that will help guide decisions and support in setting the strategy. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong problem-solving skillset who can demonstrate strong operational and strategic financial leadership capabilities while deeply engaging in API MedTech and MEA Ethicon business processes.ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering Partner with commercial team to support profitable growth and key business decisional making. Build and maintain business partner relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Provide financial insight and analysis to business partners to support better business decisions, including evaluating business cases for tender / pricing / investments. Challenges business assumptions, help to develop alternative scenarios and educate business partner on financial issues, concepts and ownership. Support key Regional and Franchise projectsFinancial analysis & review Support financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure governance over actuals including accruals. Proactive review of performance against the target and identify trends to highlight risks and opportunities for early intervention.Financial planning Clear understanding of country plans & key assumptions Actively participate locally in Business planning, Budget Updates and Latest thinking processes; continuously improve forecast accuracy (P&L, BS and CF) through deep understanding of API and ETH business and key projects impacting financials Provide input in financial planning process, building and maintaining financial models. Support BUF Manager, API GM and ETH Franchise Lead in preparation of budget reviews with MEA Leadership TeamInternal controls Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's, internal policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance activities including internal/external auditsQualifications: Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area Minimum 4 years of work experience in Finance Highly skilled in MS Excel; ability to work with large datasets quickly and efficiently Strong communication skills; ability to summarize and articulate complex concepts in simple ways Ability to work in a highly complex, dynamic environment. Demonstrated problem solving skills, including analyzing information and making reasoned decisions based on analysis Sense of urgency and ability to work under time pressure while keeping high level of quality Learning agility, including the integration of new knowledge and experiences quickly Working knowledge of Tableau and aCrew is an advantage.
