We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.In this role, you will:The Manager- Premier Acquisition Channel is responsible to lead, develop and manage a team of Premier Acquisition Managers (PAM's), to ensure the achievement of sales objective in a sustainable manner. He/she achieves sales goals by instituting a best-in-class sales team, keeping adequate bench strength to achieve, plan, develop and retain talent, encouraging a culture of coaching, mentoring and an objective performance management based on assessment of values and financial outcomes. He / She is expected to Develop critical relationships with key stakeholders from various mid to large size corporates and ensure proper engagements.In addition to Sales & Relationship management, the role holder is responsible for successful implementation of Premier acquisition strategies and acquiring new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads. He/ she is required to develop new business opportunities and increase focus in onboarding new Premier relationships. He/She should also provide inputs in product enhancement, performance and product strategy within the operating environment to lead & maximize profitable sales growth of business in terms of acquisition and providing superior customer experience. Meeting AOP targets Work closely with the Senior Employee Banking Account Managers (EBAMs) to increase focus on Premier acquisitions. Develop strategies to achieve targets by efficiently managing, developing and supervising a team. Ensure the teams meets group standards of Customer service, Compliance and technical knowledge through ongoing training and accreditation. Build high standards of external & internal customer service, efficiency & productivity in line with strategic & operating objectives. Support other cross line businesses within the WPB world such as Mortgage, Wealth and HSBC Expat Develop a Training pathway and Career progression plan for the team members. Ensure robust Activity management system in place in line with RIF guidelines. Maintain Internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points. Manage sales funnel to deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure both own and employee conduct. Protect the Bank - through vigilance against fraud, knowing your customer, adhering to regulations/policies and minimizing operational risk.RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Knowledge / Experience Bachelor’s degree is must to obtain visa in UAE A full understanding of the WPB products (propositions) and services, including the global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers. Proven experience selling to and working with high net-worth individuals. Knowledge of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve sales targets. Knowledge of competitor activity and propositions. Strong understanding of HSBC Group, including cross business awareness Strong communications and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills Good team player Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Effective / seamless handover of customer relationships to those with appropriate skills to manage them.
