Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX designer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our digital products and supervising the team.Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and business requirements, and design solutions that align with company goals.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and project requirements.Conduct user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all digital products.Manage the design process, including defining project scope, establishing timelines, and managing project deliverables.Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.Mentor and train junior designers to help them develop their skills and contribute to the success of the team.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital product design.Strong knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability best practices.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma,and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to lead design projects from conception to launch.Experience managing and mentoring junior designers.if you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have a proven track record of leading successful design projects, we would love to have you on our team!
