Job Description

Quanterra Group is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our client's leadership team. This international role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple companies in the region and internationally.The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess expertise in CRM systems, HR processes, and operational/sales flows.Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team, you'll develop and implement operational strategies aligning with the company's objectives.The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results in a complex and challenging business environment in the realms of asset management, investments, and real estate.Responsibilities:Provide leadership in managing day-to-day operations across various functions.Develop and implement operational strategies aligning with company goals.Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals, providing guidance and support.Implement strategies to enhance revenue generation, minimize costs, and improve overall financial performance.Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and optimize capital allocation.Streamline communication channels and identify process improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Develop strategies to optimize real estate asset performance, including acquisitions, dispositions, and renovations.Monitor key performance indicators and drive a culture of continuous improvement.Oversee CRM systems implementation and utilization.Monitor market dynamics, tenant demographics, and industry trends to maximize asset value and investment returns.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Strong leadership skills capable of motivating and inspiring teams.In-depth understanding of CRM systems (experience with Zoho preferred).Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and regulations.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated project management proficiency in handling multiple priorities.Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.Proactive mindset, adept at driving change and challenging the status quo.
