The Strategic Partnership & Business Development Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for fostering strategic alliance and partnership models that enhance the value proposition, business cases and offerings within the targeted market segment. 


This position is based in Riyadh and will be working in Hybrid Work Set-up. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Identify, establish, and foster key relationships, cultivating strategic partnerships with development-healthcare players, platforms, and networks in the region for establishment and advancement of joint initiatives that strengthen solution provision and scale-up within the development sector.
  • Support business development strategies and strategic plans in Saudi Arabia by establishing relationships with key decision makers and KOLs at the C level.
  • Develop and support national and regional thought leadership (e.g., point of care diagnostics, sepsis) to support demand creation and position Radiometer as a critical care solution provider.
  • Anticipate and lead changes in the marketplace with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of customer to the organization and provide the necessary feedback to the teams to help them in decision making.
  • Gather and analyze data and information regarding healthcare reforms in Saudi Arabia and provide business insights accordingly.
  • Focus on Go to Market Plan and Sales Strategy and execute key business development initiatives. Collaborating with GM in crafting and executing the needed sales and tactical plans to support growth.
  • Work with the different stakeholders to secure Radiometer share in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • University Graduate in Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Health Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Pathology, Biomedical Engineer or equivalent, along with specialization in Business Administration preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the medical diagnostic industry preferably in POC or Lab environment.
  • Strong networking, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with MS Office, Miro, and CRM.
  • Travel: up to 25%
