Foremen/ supervisor

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:Foreman / Supervisor who will handle mainly architectural finish works and basic structure/MEP coordination if required.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnelDelegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractorsRecruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractorsProviding adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needsEmphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Min 6-7 years experience with infra/building contractor backgroundHigh School Diploma or GED requiredCandidates MUST be immediately available and currently based in the UAEAbility to organize a work scheduleAbility to solve disputes between workersVertical: Engineering
