Turning Taste into Triumph: Leading Food Service Sales to Savory Success!Location: Riyadh, KSARemoteAbout The PositionWe have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Food Service Sales Manager to make a difference at Upfield in the strategically important region of Saudi Arabia. This country has been outperforming every year and this growth needs to accelerate further by developing the market by region.The role encompasses managing the distributor relationship and sales team effectively to deliver the sales targets set. The responsibility is broad as you will be required to manage multiple key account relationships within the channel to further develop our brands. This role will report directly to the Head of Food Service Saudi Arabia.So what does it take to be successful in this role?Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate robust partnerships with distributor sales teams and customers across diverse food service channels, fostering trust and loyalty to drive sales growth.Market Expansion: Implement targeted strategies to increase both the customer base and purchase frequency, aiming to broaden market penetration and maximize product uptake.Channel Diversification: Strategically target various food service channels including Horeca, Wholesale, and Bakery, leveraging personal networks and distributor teams to ensure comprehensive market coverage.New Product Launches: Collaborate closely with distributor sales teams to successfully introduce new products into the food service channel, aligning with channel preferences and optimizing sales strategies for maximum impact.Data-Driven Performance Management: Utilize a multifaceted approach including promotions, incentives, and effective sales tools to drive volume, revenue, and spend efficiency.
