Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to be based in Makkah to work on a range of high - profile property sector projects across the KSA . Excellent Take-Off skills required , from both an accuracy and speed perspective. Be a strong team player but demonstrate the ability to take a leadership role as part of personal development planning. Desired skills and experience for this Candidate to be able to demonstrate experience in the Real Estate Sector. Excellent pre and post contract technical cost and commercial management skills. Excellent prioritization and self-management skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Key Competencies Strong knowledge and track record in the application of IT based solutions. Software skills required in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.
