Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor, plan, execute and startup/commission new projects to ensure the PEP+ agenda is Ontrack for current year. Managing suppliers and contractors (signing contracts and CPS tracking, permits etc.) Fully Responsible on the water and climate agenda for the BU (including scope 1,2 & 3) Responsible for the exploration of Renewable energy ideations and execution for the BU to reach its RE target, entailing the connection and partnership with government entities to speed up the agenda. Responsible for the High-water risk site stretch targets and replenishment agenda as per PEP+ external commitments entailing partnership with CARE and other external partners Leading the global funding cycle for projects that cannot be locally funded and delivering the PEP+ global agenda 5-year strategy for water and climate agendas by ongoing scan in the market of the latest technologies to implement to be able to reach the PEP+ stretch targets Monthly communication to the office of sustainability on performance updates for the water and energy agenda Greenfields masterplan development and execution to be a sustainable plant (zero waste etc.)

Qualifications

Technical experience in projects feasibility assessment and execution Project Management Skills Feasibility to Execution of projects (engineering experience) Stakeholders and MFT management Strong problem solving, communication, leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and deep understanding of beverage and snacks
