IT PMO Manager

We are looking for an IT PMO Manager to join us!This role will require a close collaboration with different departments within the organization, such as IT Delivery Teams, Business, Product & Finance.This position will report to the CTO, and IT Operations Lead.Key areas of responsibility:Manage Vendor relationships, vendor contracts and renewals.Support efforts in achieving contract spend efficiencies, contract consolidation, and pricing-term optimization.Provide visibility, analytics and recommendations around vendor spend and performance to help facilitate commercial optimisation decisions.Facilitate vendor SLA monitoring and continuous performance improvement through effective and efficient vendor governance frameworks.Manage and minimise vendor engagements and delivery related risk.Build strong relationship with cross team stakeholders across M2 Work with technology leads to support the execution and implementation of platform and IT projects (e.g., scope, schedule, budget, and quality management).Ensure overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholders (including Senior Management) using effective communication channelsTechnical competencies and skills:Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience3+ years of experience in IT Project Management and Vendor Management experience – Contract management, SaaS and Software sourcing, software/hardware strategy and implementationStakeholder management and negotiation skillsExperience in working with remote teams At M2 we believe in a workplace where talent, dedication, and passion are the only factors that count, regardless of gender, background, age, and other characteristics.We embrace diversity because we know that it fuels innovation, fosters creativity, and drives success.
