Job Description
- Set the policies and procedures of the Quality Control department in coordination with the Quality Assurance.
- Consolidate all the monthly reports sent by the QC Managers C to ensure complying with quality standards and take any corrective actions needed.
- Attend periodical meetings with QC Managers C to discuss any issues that occur in projects as well as the lessons learned.
- Monitor the performance of the staff members and provide them with development plans to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Conduct site visits to audit the activities performed by the staff and ensure they comply with the project specifications and quality procedures.
- Handle any complex issues that may arise in the site with the client and the consultant, when necessary.
