Sales Engineer
We are currently recruiting top talent for the role of Sales Engineer for our client, IT industry in Dubai
Job description
Business Development
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads to expand the company’s customer base within the industrial and retail segments.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand prospective clients’ needs, pain points, and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions that address clients’ specific requirements.

Market Penetration and Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the industrial sector in the UAE, specifically targeting factories and manufacturing facilities.
  • Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations and establish productive relationships to promote our IoT solutions.

Pipeline Management
  • Maintain a robust and well-organized sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and progress.
  • Forecast sales projections accurately and provide regular reports to senior management.

Relationship Building
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Market Intelligence
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IoT, retail, and industrial sectors.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams for the continuous improvement of our solutions and services.

Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on RFID, SAAS, and IoT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, industry challenges, and customer pain points.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
