Job Description
As part of our ERP Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects.
Your responsibilities will include
Collaborating with ERP Manger and IFS to define project plans, manage timelines, and deliverables;
Working with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations…) and the system integrator to coordinate activities and keep the project moving forward;
Monitoring progress, set priorities, goals to achieve maximum of productivity and manage risk issues and dependencies;
Sharing updates through clear dashboards, reports, and meeting summaries for leadership and stakeholders;
Leading and documenting key project meetings and follow up on decisions made;
Supporting change management across business units impacted by ERP transition and ensure the onboarding of new projects starts;
Keeping project documentation accurate, organized, and compliant with company policies and regulations (project plans, RAID logs, change requests, etc.);
Capturing and formalizing new processes and outcomes from workshops.
Profile
We Seek The Ideal Candidate Profile With
Expertise and Background:
Solid understanding of business operations and ERP systems, especially in areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management;
4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst, ideally within an ERP implementation environment.
Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycle phases and documentation standards.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or asset-intensive industries
Working knowledge of IFS Applications (preferably IFS Cloud, IFS 10, or 9).
