Job Description

You possess extensive knowledge of all Apple products and services, as well as Genius Bar repair processes and procedures, and are up-to-date on the latest developments to support efficient and high-quality repairs. Carefully and attentively support customers experiencing issues with Apple products or software, utilizing all the tools and resources Apple provides. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service issues related to Apple hardware and software. Provide excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, making appropriate product and service recommendations, and educating customers on the best ways to purchase. Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair and other service issues and ensure feedback is provided to Apple. Use your extensive knowledge of hardware and software components to identify the source of technical issues and educate others on how to handle them effectively. Serve as a mentor, inspiration, and positive role model for Genius Bar team members. Support leadership in providing timely resolution to escalated customer issues. Perform other duties as needed, including, but not limited to, supporting activities related to customer interaction, both on and off the sales floor. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting diversity and being curious to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values ​​of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Job Requirements


  • Be available to work according to a schedule that aligns with business needs, which may include working nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store, and be committed to reporting to the workplace according to the established schedule, in accordance with local laws and any approved accommodations.
  • Have experience in retail, sales, or related fields.
  • Be able to visually inspect appliances and have the fine motor skills to safely perform necessary repairs.
  • Have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
  • To master the local language, both written and spoken.

  • Demonstrate technical expertise in Apple products and services, including hardware repair.
  • Analyze problems and follow troubleshooting steps to determine the root cause of a technical issue.
  • Handle customer service issues with care and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Apply practical thinking and have a strong drive to do what's best for the customer and Apple, while anticipating and continually adapting to problems and obstacles.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and tight deadlines, while supporting multiple customers or performing multiple device repairs at the same time.
  • Communicate effectively and tailor your communication style to suit the needs and expectations of different audiences.
  • Collaborate and motivate across the store and among key partners to achieve individual and collective team goals.
  • Support and educate the wider team by sharing valuable knowledge, experiences and insights.
  • Frequently handling, lifting and moving goods safely
