About the role:The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the creative design efforts, ensuring the delivery of visually engaging and innovative designs across various media. This role involves conceptualizing and executing creative solutions that effectively communicate brand identity and messaging.If you think you have what it takes to Join the Movement and help build #TheNextBigThing, hop on and apply now!Responsibilities:Lead graphic design projects from conception to completion while adhering to brand standards.Develop innovative design solutions for a variety of applications including marketing materials, digital content, corporate collateral, branding, and more.Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compelling designs.Provide creative direction and oversight on digital, print, and video graphic projects.Stay updated with industry trends and introduce fresh and creative design ideas and techniques.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.Contribute to the development and refinement of the visual branding strategy for the company. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.A minimum of 4-6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of creative execution and leadership.Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and innovative projects.Exceptional creativity and innovation in graphic design, with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales to team members and non-design audiences.Experience mentoring or leading junior designers.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of the latest trends in design and the ability to apply them to corporate branding.
