As a tech-based company, we provide 24/7 contactless service to ensure that guests from all over the world get the stay they deserve.Your Mission :We are looking for talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help us continue to grow. As a Sales Executive at Nestify, you will be responsible for driving supply growth by working with our senior management to identify top-of-the-funnel lease opportunities, negotiate leases, manage deal closings, and asset manage the properties. You will also be responsible for building relationships with owners and developers and pitching Nestify to them.Responsibilities:Grow the portfolio of propertiesSupervise the prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing of new real estate opportunitiesBuild relationships and pitch Nestify to many of the largest developers and owners across the country and regionOversee and guide the negotiation and structuring of deals by leveraging other headquarter resources including teams dedicated to market analysis, underwriting, and public policy stakeholdersBe assigned to large, high net worth, strategic, or tactically important accountsWork closely with the Senior Management team to develop and implement a growth acquisition planUse local real estate knowledge and a network of contacts in the market to source developers and real estate owners with suitable development opportunities where the Nestify business model can operate and create valueManage relationships with owners and developers including deal structuring, ongoing correspondence, and lease complianceDevelop and maintain a network of local agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipelineCraft, negotiate, and support leases favorable to Nestify and its guests, with a focus on commercial terms, as well as property upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and landlord responsivenessBecome fluent in local public policy and building codeQualifications:Is an accomplished closer who is self-driven and tenaciousHas mastered the art of presenting a value proposition and handling objections while inspiring trustHas a vast and well-rounded background of experience in real estate acquisitions and developmentCan design sophisticated partnerships in order to create long-term valueHas experience with a range of asset classes in lettings from serviced accommodation to long letsUnderstand the real estate structureCan deftly navigate the public policy environment and has a knack for understanding and influencing the legal/regulatory frameworkIs a strategic thinker who has led organizations through rapid growthIs an outstanding communicator possessing the ability to communicate complex deals in simple terms to a variety of stakeholders in different locations and from different backgroundsHaving a car is a must in order to commute Benefits:Competitive salary and commission Opportunity to be part of an exciting industry and a thriving startup.Join a visionary company with a dynamic work environment and a team of intelligent, ambitious, and enjoyable colleagues.
