They can also try the 1.5m high waves at Breakers Bay or ride together with friends on Tantrum Alley! The fun isn’t just for our guests – everyday as a Wild Wadi Waterpark™ colleague promises to be a fun and memorable experience!About the Job:The main purpose of this role as a Park Services Attendant is to provide a clean, safe and fun work environment in order to maximize guest satisfaction.Your key responsibilities will include: To understand and follow all manufacturer and Dubai Municipality guidelines, Jumeirah and Wild Wadi Standard Operating Procedures in order to exceed the operational requirements and ensure the Guest receives the highest standards of quality and service at all times.To clean all back of house areas including restrooms, locker, break and office areas in order to provide a clean working environment.To conduct routine deep cleaning tasks such as power washing, carpet cleaning, car park scrubbing in order to ensure a safe, clean environment for our guests and colleagues.To provide assistance for exclusive use events when needed, and to assist in the preparations of facilities for special functions, themed evenings, etc. in order to contribute to the success of the organization. To exude a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our Guests and fellow Colleagues in order to support the Jumeirah Vision, Guiding Principles, Hallmarks and Wild Wadi Water Park Mission Statement. To completely satisfy each Guest by providing clean and well-stocked restrooms, changing rooms and maintaining overall cleanliness of the park which will contribute to the success of the organization shown in the Customer Satisfaction Index results.To clean and inspect all park furniture, fixtures and equipment and report any damage in order to ensure a timely repair and guarantee guest satisfaction.To wear protective clothing in accordance with safety hygiene.To maintain a friendly contact with users of the service respecting their right to choices, dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.To follow grooming standards and etiquette of the department in order to maintain the highest standard of professionalism towards work, guest and colleagues. *Park Service Developmental Role* To conduct monthly safety trainings in order to obtain adequate training hours and knowledge to achieve the criteria related to the key performance indicators.To be internal surveyor in our guest facilities thorough walk through and provide reports. To make sure that deep cleaning calendar are followed.To communicate with team leaders any issues regarding uniform.To prepare weekly store requisition for tools and chemicals and ensure that items are available.To help and organize quarterly park clean up. About you:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Completed HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)Previous housekeeping experience, minimum of 3 yearsAny previous experience with cleaning equipment’s and chemicals would be an advantage.English level 2 communication skills. Must be able to be flexible in working hours.Hard workingFriendly, outgoing with good people skills.
