Role PurposeManaging all the duties and responsibility of business recruitmentJob Accountabilities & Activities Signing agreement with oversees agencies and negotiating recruitment fees Sending JD to the agencies and Sourcing the candidate for the client selection Instructing agencies to deploy the candidate as per the client target date Preparing documents as per embassy need and attestation As per the sales job order Issuing Visas and E-Wakala and update in CRM Grievance clearance with embassy personnel and candidatesEducation & CertificationsBA in HR or Equivalent fieldRequired Years Of Experience3 years of experience and1 One year in Recruitment Company
