Brief Job Description:Ensure the effective achievement of Instrumentation DCS functional objectives through the leadership of the section – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.High skill on leadership (personal, leading the people and leading the business)Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management.Insure his team training IDP and JQP along with OJT with other training.Meet all maintenance KPI’s with exceeding the target.Ensure all safety and critical spares are available and have right tracking.Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of Instrumentation Engineering activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.Review instrumentation related maintenance strategies. Develop, review and test the Inspection Plans for Instrument Protection systems, in order to ensure full compliance with approved scope of work.Investigate system abnormalities, study the root cause of malfunction and provide recommendations to rectify the problem /abnormality.Design the instrumentation systems with cost estimates to support capital for new projects and meet the project requirements and for approval by management.Conduct quality assurance surveys on implementation of recommendations made for rectification or improvement in instrumentation in order to ensure the quality of implementation meets the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) design standards and company standards. Education:Bachelor's Degree in instrument Engineering or equivalent Experience:7 Years as minimum Experience in Manufacturing Industry.
