SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Coating Advisor for our Marine segment, you will be responsible to provide professional technical advice to our customers by on-site support on paint application and inspections to ensure that the coating specification is met and the job is completed according to the contract and the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Give clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff on paint application by working on site with relevant client representatives to ensure the coating specification is met and in accordance with customer expectations.
Carry out inspections of a specific project assigned to you by your direct manager by working independently, following the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and working procedures in order to ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification.
Write relevant reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met.

Qualifications:
Good level of English
Certification in NACE level I, Level II or FROSIO.
Marine Background is an advantage.
