Job Description
- Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including VRops, vSphere, NSX, and Aria Automation, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide expert-level support for Windows Server, Linux, and other operating systems, managing OS configurations, updates, and troubleshooting for customers.
- Utilize networking expertise, particularly in Cisco technologies, to design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for clients.
- Handle Dell Backup Data Domain – CRS, ensuring data backup and recovery solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Leverage experience with Dell Servers and Storage to provide comprehensive support and solutions for clients' server and storage needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and solutions that meet client expectations.
- Act as a technical advisor and consultant, providing guidance and expertise to clients on IT infrastructure best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies, continuously improving technical skills and capabilities.
