Mira Academy is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer/Coach with expertise in real estate within Chinese Market, specifically with a background in handling high-value transactions. The selected candidate will conduct face-to-face intensive courses on a project basis, contributing as one of the speakers within the program.
Key responsibilities:

• Course Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for real estate professionals, focusing on enhancing their sales skills, market knowledge, and overall competence.

• Content Development: Collaborate with the Mira Academy team to develop relevant and effective training materials tailored to the needs of the real estate market in Dubai.
• Industry Insights: Share personal experiences and industry insights to provide practical knowledge to course participants.
• Evaluation: Implement assessment strategies to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed.
