About The Role
Join our Finance team as Residential Finance Manager, overseeing all financial activities related to our Private Residences.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role plays a key part in supporting homeowners and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
You will act as a strategic partner to the Residential Operations team, ensuring transparent and efficient financial management across all residence services.
What You Will Do
Manage all financial transactions and reporting related to the Private Residences.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Ensure timely billing and collection of Homeowners Association (HOA) fees and manage related accounts receivable.
Partner with Residential Operations to track expenses and support strategic planning.
Oversee financial compliance with Saudi regulations and Four Seasons internal policies.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making for residential operations and capital projects.
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and financial reviews with external parties.
What You Bring
Proven experience in finance or accounting, ideally within luxury hospitality, residential, or property management sectors.
Strong understanding of HOA financial management and residential services.
Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems such as Microsoft D365, OneStream, Opera, and related accounting platforms.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative approach with strong communication abilities.
