Raya FMCG one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Accounts Payable & General Ledger Accountant
What will you do?
- Supervise accounts payable team for timely and accurate invoice processing.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolving payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate month-end/year-end closing activities for the general ledger.
- Monitor general ledger accounts for financial data accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes. - Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations for AP/GL team.
Skills
What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CMA preferred.
- 3+ years' progressive accounting/finance experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills for issue resolution.
- Effective communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
