Based in our Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a dynamic Saudi national who is looking for a role that provides significant career development opportunities and actively contributes to projects and campaign that align with the Kingdom’s Vision2030. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our marketing efforts to enhance brand presence, engage our target audience, and support growth across the Middle East. Supporting the Senior Marketing and Communications manager, this hands-on position offers an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for marketing and communications and provides a platform for career development within a creative and fast-paced corporate environment. The role will contribute to our organisation's continued success and growth and in the region and be essential in supporting our engagement and positioning in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Key responsibilities:


  • Marketing Plans: Contribute to implementing marketing plans that support our overall marketing efforts.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit and curate diverse and engaging content across multiple formats, including news articles, thought leadership, press releases, infographics, videos, podcasts and social media, aligned with our content strategy and marketing goals. 
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote strategic content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines. 
  • Content Distribution: Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to distribute content across relevant platforms and channels, including our website, social media, newsletters and third-party publications.
  • Event Support: Support the planning and execution of internal events, including employee network events, national celebrations and HR engagements.
  • Employer Brand: Support content development for internal communications and employee campaigns as needed.
  • Market Research: Identify and recommend key outlets, industry publications, relevant events, and educational institutions where our target audience is highly engaged to bolster Jacobs' positioning as a top employer.
  • Engagement: Implement a dynamic approach to marketing and communications strategies that provide in-country support to enhance employee engagement, utilizing local insights and cultural relevance.

Here’s what you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a relevant field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a creative approach.
  • Prior involvement in supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and drive projects to completion.
  • Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions.
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and development in the marketing field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
