Senior Storekeeper

Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Senior Storekeeper will be responsible for all activities which is flowing through Stores channel including but not limited to Incoming, Outgoing, Picking, MRB and Packing. This position will be in charge of setting up of annual cycle count, carrying the periodic cycle count, coordination of annual counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Responsible for setting up of cycle counts and ensuring the periodic count is done & updated in the system.Responsible for annual counts and the vital documentation of the same.Conduct physical counts and inventory reconciliation as and when needed.Responsible for ensuring the incoming goods are received, stored, and offered for Quality inspection in a timely and agreed manner.Responsible for digital storing of documentations of incoming goods – Receipt, Invoice, BOE etc.Ensure to maintain and circulate set important metric matrix as required.Responsible for raising the concerns to materials team upon receipt of incoming goods if not matching the PO requirements.Responsible for raising paint request and movement of items for painting in coordination with the planning & paint shop teams.Responsible for kitting of assembly orders and moving to the assembly in a manner adhering to safety & quality requirements.Responsible for packing of parts orders in collaboration with the planning & shipping team.Coordinate with the production and packing team to move and collect the completed valves to/from packing.Responsible for inventory accuracy by timely receipt & storing of goods, controlling the MRB and regularizing the scrap/return of goods.Responsible for ensuring the bulk items inventory level is always maintained and collaborating with the Productions & Materials Team.Ensures compliance to forklift driving and regulation requirements.Responsible for Improving the stores activities by introducing innovative ideas in response to the dynamic changes.Who you are:You act with a clear sense of ownership.You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive.You learn to streamline processes and cut out redundancyFor this Role, You Will Need:Technical Diploma or equivalent level in related fieldExperience in handling the stores duties and responsibilities.Forklift LicensePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Experience in valve industryControl valve Product knowledgeOur offer to you:We recognize the importance of employee wellbeing and know that to do your best you have flexible, competitive benefit plans to meet you and your family’s physical, mental, financial, and social needs.
