As a Farmer , you will play a crucial role in managing our farm operations and ensuring the highest quality agricultural practices are carried out.Responsibilities Plan, organize and manage the production of crops and livestock on the farm Ensure the farm operates efficiently and effectively, meeting production targets and maintaining high-quality standards Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to crop seasons and market conditions Monitor crop growth and health, making necessary adjustments to irrigation, fertilization, and pest control methods Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery Oversee the breeding, feeding, and care of livestock, including monitoring their health and well-being Manage and maintain accurate records of farm activities, expenses, and production levels Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability of the farm Stay updated on industry developments and implement new and innovative farming techniques Train and supervise farm workers and seasonal laborersRequirements 1 years of experience in farm management or similar role Strong knowledge of crop and livestock production, agricultural methods, and industry trends Proven ability to operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects Effective communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Familiarity with organic farming methods is a plus
