Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, MedTech Sector, supporting the Middle East and Africa based in Dubai you will be part of the J&J MedTech Talent Acquisition Team and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for our Commercial Talent across Middle East and Africa (including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Kuwait).
In this role you will work closely with your business ensuring that we hire the best talent and provide outstanding support and partnership.
Core Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver the best in class recruitment service for all internal and external requirements
Development of recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
Candidate Sourcing through various technology methods.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Ensure engagement with candidates through various platforms, where you will also have the chance to articulate our EVP to them
Be an ambassador for our employer brand.
Maintain and uphold all recruitment standards with hiring managers and candidates.
Always adhering to governance and compliance of our resourcing processes.
Full management of the offer process in line with Total Reward guidelines and Hiring Manager.
Talent mapping and provide external insights to help develop resourcing needs and business thinking.
Supports the business with our inclusive hiring efforts across all our recruitment.
Experience Required
Experience working with Emiratization and Saudization requirements
Fluent English, with additional languages beneficial
Recruitment experience handling high volume roles end-to-end, in-house preferable
Experience working in an international organisation
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience beneficial)
Experience handling requisitions across different countries, including UAE and Saudi Arabia
