This may involve implementing and following strict security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.Maintain accurate records of safe deposit box transactions, including account openings, closures, and access logs. Keep detailed inventories of box contents and verify customer identities during transactions.Conduct regular inspections of safe deposit box facilities to ensure they are in good working order and free from any security vulnerabilities. Address any maintenance issues promptly to maintain the integrity of the boxes and their contents.
