Job Description
The Patient Journey Partner is designed to bridge the gap between clinical advocacy and commercial dynamics, focusing on enhancing patient care through the promotion and adoption of high medical value diagnostic solutions. This role maintains rigorous compliance with industry standards while fostering strong relationships with clinicians, driving the adoption of innovative tests, and contributing to the commercial success of Roche Diagnostics products.
Your Responsibilities
Define high disease burden in the country and set a strategy around those disease areas to improve patient care
Deliver better outcomes for patients and better community value, ultimately resulting in better commercial results
Develop and maintain robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, healthcare professionals - within and beyond the labs - to advocate the clinical and medical value of Roche Diagnostics’ solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with medical, clinical and lab professional organizations and societies strengthening advocacy network that will enable wider and faster adoption of innovative diagnostic solutions
Develop and maintain KOL database and stakeholder engagement plan
Drive the adoption of medical value tests by influencing prescription practices, ensuring alignment with patient-first healthcare approaches through disseminating latest studies and guidelines
Facilitate educational initiatives, seminars, and information sessions focused on the medical value and clinical application of Roche’s diagnostic solutions
Contribute to market analysis, patient journey mapping, and the development of integrated medical, access, marketing and commercial plans to address gaps and opportunities in patient care, aligning with Roche Diagnostics business and disease areas priorities
Who You Are
You obtained a BSc degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical or equivalent, and built 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
You are able to develop and implement local integrated plans for the assigned portfolio
You are skilled at engaging and establishing professional relationship with clinicians, KOLs and scientists. You are able to identify clinician needs and translate them into educational programs and action plans
You are able to navigate the intersection of clinical advocacy and commercial strategy, maintaining a balanced approach that prioritizes patient care and compliance. You are able to merge clinical advocacy with commercial insights, fostering educational and strategic initiatives
You have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written/oral communication and presentation skills, and you are fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
You are agile, well organized, proactive and able to achieve goals on time
