POSITION SNAPSHOT Role: Quality and Safety Coordinator Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Nestle - Nespresso Position SummaryJoining Nestlé means you are joining the largest food and beverage company in the world. As the Quality and Safety Coordinator, you will be the guardian of compliance and the challenger of all functions to drive Nestlé Continuous Excellence in the pursuit of zero defects within the Nespresso Markets.A Day in the Life… Develop and maintain the competencies and quality/SHE and technical awareness and commitment to zero defect in the Nespresso market. Communicate, implement, and enforce Nespresso Management System requirements in the Nespresso Market/Hub considering local requirement and conditions. Ensure that the systems that are in place, are efficient and obtain expected results within the Nespresso Market/hub. Assist other departments in the entire Nespresso Market and provide them with services necessary to ensure quality/SHE. Drive initiatives leading to continuous improvement in safety and health performance in line with our Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset within the whole organization including boutiques, point of Sales, events, service partners, warehouses and offices. Provide coaching & support management team & Line Managers to achieve objectives and to ensure line management ownership. Ensure that the Quality Management system is consistently applied in the Nespresso Market and drive Nestlé Continuous Excellence in the pursuit of zero defect as the essential base for maintaining the consumer trust and preference in Nespresso Market including boutiques, point of Sales, Events, service partners, warehouses, and offices. Ensure technical specifications, knowledge about machines, after sales services and guidelines are applied throughout the whole chain including external after sales partners. Implement the Nespresso Crisis Management System and verify its efficiency, lead the follow up of crises in relation with quality/SHE/technical issues. Ensure compliance of the Coffee and Accessories sold within the Nespresso Market/Hub. Ensure adherence to company principles, policies and requirements and local Laws/regulations including SHE. What Will Make You Successful… University Graduate/equivalent (Quality) Demonstrated Capability to lead a group and to lead projects. Exposure across several functions. Prior experience in Machine/Quality Management/ SHE Proven record in delivering results by working with the cross functional teams. Strong communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage. Able to work with different functional networks. Able to work under pressure and manage crisis. #Nespresso
