Job Description
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and maintain budgets and cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management to support informed decision-making.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Oversee internal control procedures and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant financial legislation and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA certification a plus).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar Finance Manager role within a fast-paced business environment.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and general accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in financial accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of local accounting practices and regulations in Kuwait.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid Iqama.
