We are looking for a friendly and organized Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for guests visiting our establishment.
The Hostess will greet guests, seat them, and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Job Responsibility-
Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Seat guests according to seating chart and ensure proper rotation of tables.
Assist in taking reservations and managing the waiting list.
Provide menus and communicate specials to guests.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise.
Maintain cleanliness in the hostess station and lobby area.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Candidate Requirements-
Proven experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of restaurant procedures and etiquette is a plus.
