Description:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our sales and marketing departments, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication both internally and externally.Responsibilities:-Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.-Assist in coordinating sales activities, such as processing orders, tracking sales performance, and managing inventory levels.- Ensure clear and consistent communication flows between the sales team, customers, and partners. Facilitate communication by creating and distributing agendas, taking minutes in meetings, and following up on action items.-Track the progress of sales opportunities through the sales funnel. Maintain a system to remind and follow up with the sales team to move deals forward.Qualifications-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Familiarity with CRM software- Sales knowledge and understanding of sales processes and strategies is a plus- Content creation skills are a plus
