It's a part of our DNA and what drives us.This role will:Act as a point of contact for Business Central for all stakeholders.Plan and lead rollout of Business Central solution in line with growth of organization.Ensure that the solution is properly scoped, designed, implemented and tested to meet the company’s business needs. Data gathering, preparation and import into Business Central Business Requirements Document and functional specifications using Microsoft’s Sure step methodology (GAP Fit analysis and Functional Requirements Documentation). Facilitate workshops with a variety of users to clearly define the requirements, scope, and desired outcome of the solution.Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in cooperation with MS business partner including setting up core functionality and modules and migrating data to Business Central.Analyze business processes and recommend ways to improve or re-engineer for optimum performance.Define and lead system integration with other industry specific solutions (Point of Sales, Event Management Solution)Provide quality assurance across development and implementation as a value add to the quality of solutions and deliverables.Configure role centers including adapting insights, cues, action tiles, reports, and charts.Provide end user support and demos as required.Draft end-user documentation.Deliver application training online and in a one-on-one environment.Collaborate with application developers during the design, development, and testing phases. This is a contract basis role under a Freelance Agreement and requires the candidate to have their own visa/ sponsorship. ABOUT YOUEveryday our people are responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.You will have a shared values and people-centric mind set and genuinely want to make a difference.
