TSC’s is seeking an Electronics Engineer with experience in Mixed-Signal Analog, Digital, and RF Design. This position supports the Radar & Precision Weapons Division located in Huntsville, AL.Job SummaryThis position will involve designing, developing, and testing complex electronic systems for various radar system and RF sensor applications. Hardware designs may involve high-speed RF Analog-to-Digital (ADC) and Digital-to-Analog (DAC) converters for applications that utilize the latest Radio Frequency System on Chip (RFSoC) technologies. Come and join our team!Responsibilities to Anticipate:Design and develop mixed analog, digital, and RF circuits using the latest FPGA and RFSoC componentsConduct circuit simulations, analysis, and verification to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of designsPrototype, test, and debug electronic systems to meet performance and reliability requirementsConduct feasibility studies and research to stay updated on the latest advancements in mixed analog, digital, and RF designCollaborate with experienced designers to enhance electronic design skillsBasic Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of professional experience in mixed-signal designProficiency in using industry-standard schematic design and simulation tools (Cadence, SPICE, etc.)Demonstrated experience in schematic design and implementation using FPGA and ADC/DAC devicesSolid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principlesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesThis position requires the eligibility to obtain and maintain a US security clearanceU.S. Citizenship requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience with high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysisFamiliarity with RFSoC componentsFamiliarity with RF design techniques and conceptsProficiency in scripting languages such as Python or MATLABExperience with Cadence’s EDA tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (OrCAD, Allegro)Experience with Xilinx/Altera components and software tools (Vivado/Quartus)Familiarity with electromagnetic simulation tools such as Microwave Office or Ansys HFSSExcellent presentation and technical writing skillsWhat We OfferTSC offers a stable work environment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefit package; including ESOP participation, 401k Plan, Flexible Work Schedules, Tuition Reimbursement, Co-Sponsored Health Plan, Paid Leave and much more.Applying to TSCOnly those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
