Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Help to manage the Governor’s office
and coordinate with government entities, delegations, VIP guests, etc.
-Plan and coordinate the Governor’s
agenda and calendar of events with respective parties.
FUNCTIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Follow up and coordinate closely with
SCA Divisions and various external parties on items requested by the Governor
and any outstanding matters.
-Handle all messenger duties relating
to the Governor or his office, including transportation of documents in
compliance with confidentiality standards.
-Prepare official communication for
internal staff and external stakeholders.
-Provide the Governor with assistance
in specialized administrative services.
-Manage, streamline and coordinate the
flow of information to the Governor as per the priority guidelines set by the
Governor and job requirements.
-Maintain Governor office library
including confidential documents.
-Undertake special tasks assigned by
the Governor.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
