About the Role
You will be at the forefront of our B2B growth strategy.
You’ll engage with corporate recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers to introduce them to the Imploy platform, guide them through the onboarding process, and ensure consistent usage that leads to long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to recruitment agencies and corporate HR departments across KSA.
Handle both inbound and outbound sales efforts with a focus on conversion and activation.
Provide live product demos and walkthroughs to new clients.
Support recruiters with posting jobs, managing listings, and optimizing usage.
Track activity in the CRM and report on sales metrics and pipeline health.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve the customer journey.
Achieve monthly KPIs related to lead conversion, account activation, and user engagement.

Job Requirements
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and employer pain points.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and virtual demo platforms.
Experience in the Saudi or GCC recruitment market is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated with a target-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
