Job Overview: The General Manager is responsible for the full operation of the resort and all outlets, including resort operations, food and beverage, sales, engineering, human resources, and accounting. The General Manager is expected to meet all company standards and lead the Equinox High Performance Standards. This role requires a dynamic and hands-on operational leader with a strong passion for people development and luxury island resort management experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager will take the lead in managing the opening of the Equinox Resorts Amaala at The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Additionally, they will be an active team player in strengthening the presence of Equinox Hotels brand within Saudi Arabia, identifying opportunities to maximize development within the Equinox Hotels portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels, ensuring the warm welcome and care of return guests, and actively engaging with the local community.

Engage with ownership, strategize revenue enhancements, and envision the hotel's long-term trajectory by developing and ensuring achievement of resort revenues and profits, utilizing forecasting, P&L management, and RevPAR optimization. Full responsibilities of the business, including P&L, top line to bottom line, and profitability. Demonstrate refined financial and business acumen as the foundation of decision-making. Qualifications/Skills:

Over 5 years in a distinguished luxury hotel General Manager role, specializing in Resort operations. Possesses a robust educational background, accompanied by professional qualifications and a commitment to continuous learning. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic considered advantageous. Demonstrates a keen understanding of the local market dynamics. Proven track record in effectively managing owner relations. Showcases strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A strategic thinker with exceptional communication and presentation proficiencies. Results-driven with a dedicated focus on ensuring quality guest service and fostering team unity. Embraces a creative and innovative mindset. Collaborative and adaptable, excelling in a fast-paced work environment. Exhibits an excellent sense of prioritization and effective time management.
