Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Install and configure employee computer systems, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, backups, network infrastructure, and other IT devices.
· Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and load balancers to ensure high availability and secure access.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot software, networking, and hardware issues.
· Monitor and manage backups, antivirus, and email security systems.
· Support and manage AWS, Azure Cloud services, and Microsoft platform technologies such as Windows Server.
· Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls to safeguard client networks.
· Collaborate with corporate IT teams to deploy new technologies and services.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support activities.

Job Requirements
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
· Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
· Strong knowledge of Manage Engine, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows Server roles and features.
· Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
