Job DescriptionJob Title: Network Security Specialist – F5 & Zscaler (Banking Domain)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEExperience Required: 8–12 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Network Security Specialist to support and enhance our security infrastructure within the banking environment. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in F5 BIG-IP technologies (ASM, GTM, LTM) and Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA), with a strong understanding of secure traffic management, application delivery, and zero trust architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage F5 BIG-IP modules:ASM for Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies and threat mitigation.GTM for global DNS traffic distribution and failover.LTM for load balancing and application delivery optimization.Deploy and administer Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure internet and internal application access.Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce zero trust policies and secure access controls.Monitor and optimize traffic flows, application performance, and security posture across F5 and Zscaler platforms.Conduct policy tuning, incident response, and vulnerability remediation.Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines).Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and operational procedures.Stay current with emerging threats and technologies relevant to the banking sector.Required Skills & Qualifications8–12 years of experience in network and security engineering, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (ASM, GTM, LTM).In-depth knowledge of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms.Solid understanding of web application security, SSL inspection, DNS, and traffic steering.Experience implementing zero trust network access (ZTNA) models.Familiarity with banking security frameworks and compliance standards.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., F5 CTS, Zscaler Certified Professional, CISSP) are a plus.About InfosysInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
