Accountabilities of this role include managing Technical Support for North Africa, North-East, and North-West, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving improvements across both regions.What responsibilities will you have?Manage the entire After Sales Support for North East Africa and plan the After Sales Support Services capacity.Responsible for the overall co-ordination, execution, and performance of all After Sales Support Service activities and functions.Deliver operational performance against key performance objectives including on time delivery, quality, efficiency and productivity measures.Deliver to planned financial and profitability targets including planning and control of operating expenses and asset management.Drive a continuous improvement culture.Manage personnel issues in cooperation with the Human Resources department including hiring of staff, employee motivation, performance evaluations, organizational development/planning, and leadership development.Responsible and accountable for the business management and delivery of contracts within an account or group of accounts, providing the prime point of contact to the client/s for After Sales Support.Maintain and develop customer relationships and customer satisfaction management.Involvement in the bid and sales cycle to produce service/contract proposals.Responsible for revenue growth and overall profitability.To manage all After Sales Activities as listed below: SLA, Help Desk, Call-Outs, Repairs, Spares, Internal H&S, PPE, Audits, Warranty.What are the keys to your success? HND, BSC (Electrical or Electronics Engineering) or equivalent - essential;Good PC knowledge (Microsoft office and Windows) - essential;Project management qualification is beneficial - desirable;Mechanical engineering knowledge will be advantageous - desirable;5 years' Experience in After Sales / Service Delivery and Project Management. Telecoms / Data Center After Sales Support Technical Team Supervisor Experience. Health & Safety relevant to the industry - essential;Knowledge in Telecommunication, DATA Centers and LV Electrical (DC, AC, Thermal, Monitoring);Fluent in English - Oral and written;Competencies: Customer Focus, Managing and Measuring Work, Drive for Results, Presentation Skills.If YOU embody these qualities and believe you are the ideal candidate, we invite you to apply and embark on building your future career in a thriving and supportive environment!
