WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING



The Senior Account Manager will sit within the Digital and Data department within CSM, located in either the Abu Dhabi or Dubai offices in the UAE.
Our key focus as a department is to combine digital and data with the passion of sport to deliver performance marketing solutions that enhance the fan experience. We are a team of passionate, creative, and innovative experts from all around the globe who are revolutionising the digital sponsorship industry.

We are looking for a bright, energetic and creative thinker based in the UAE with exceptional attention to detail and shows initiative each and every day. Someone who is enthusiastic about digital marketing and able to work both independently and as part of a remote team (in the UK) and excited to be a part of driving our business forward in a really exciting market.
This role will report into an Account Director, with support and guidance from the leadership teams based in the UK and Abu Dhabi.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



Management of key relationships with clients, (brands and rights holders) and our partners in the region Thorough understanding and being accountable for delivering against client KPIs and within budget parameters Overseeing the reporting and evaluation on each campaign and activation responsible for Strive to meet client KPI’s and ensure all activity is effectively measured Deliver clear and concise internal and external presentations/reports Management of team capacity planning – planning of scoped hours and tracking of actual (using timesheet data from Workday) Continually seek cost saving measures and opportunities to drive efficiencies across the business Pursue opportunities to grow business in the region working closely with the Associate Director and Managing Director Work across additional client programmes and activations as required Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends specific to the region and any market nuances the D&D team as a whole should be aware of Driving new business/pitch response opportunities in market, in terms of strategy and content, through to building out scope of work and costings documents Regular interactions with the D&D team in the UK to ensure client goals are managed consistently Demonstrate appropriate behaviours, conduct and professionalism in all inter-personal, written and verbal communications Track time and financial expenses on a day-to-day basis

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED



3-4 years of digital marketing experience in market – agency experience strongly preferred Strong commercial acumen, with experience in costings documents, scopes of work, managing team capacity and understanding our profitability A strong understanding of current digital marketing landscape and trends across the region Clear, confident communicator with exceptional project management skills Extremely organised and strong work ethic and ability to multi-task Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines Proficient with time tracking tools (e.g. WD) Proficient in MS Excel - ability to structure and develop quantitative excel models and analysis to generate data-driven results and recommendations Proficient in MS PowerPoint - ability to create high quality presentations that tell a story around data and not just the stats and figures on a page Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics Experience with collaboration and workflow management tools e.g. Jira and Confluence Understanding and interest of the sports industry is preferred
