You will execute sales effectively, efficiently, and ethically and establish strong relationships with customers.Your main accountabilities are: You will promote and sell our products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions You will develop and implement sales strategies to reach potential customers and manage existing customer relationships You will visit specialists, physicians, and pharmacies to assess customer needs You will respond to customer inquiries, and conclude sales orders to meet targets You will identify and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat businessQualificationsAs a Medical Representative, you are expected to obtain and communicate market information effectively. In addition, you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, and exceptional teamwork abilities.To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medicine Minimum of 1-year experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector Transferable Kuwaiti visa 18 Experience in the Diabetes market is a plus Proficiency in both written and spoken English (excellent command over both written and spoken Arabic is a plus)About The DepartmentYou will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Kuwait, as part of the team you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk products and having exposure to our portfolio vision, business strategies, and critical market insight that contributes to changing diabetes forward.
