About the job Senior Software Product Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product management team, setting strategic direction and priorities.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across departments to align product strategies with company objectives.
- Mentor and support Product Managers in their projects, ensuring best practices in product lifecycle management.
- Drive the innovation, development, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within product management and 5 years of experience as a product manager.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent within a product management team.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution at a product portfolio level.
- Market and Customer Insight: Proficiency in market research, customer feedback analysis, and user experience understanding to ensure the product meets and anticipates customer needs.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment in which the product operates, including understanding of business models, financials, and how the product contributes to the organization's success.
- Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive product decisions and execution, ensuring alignment with the product's vision and goals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions, assess product performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate the product vision, strategy, and value proposition to stakeholders, teams, and customers.
- Proven experience in software product management, with a track record of successful product launches and iterations.
