Job Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team
and help us expand our customer base in the SME & e-commerce industry. In this role,
you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships
with potential customers, and closing sales. You will work closely with the marketing
team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the e-commerce
sector and SMB market.
- Identify and target potential clients in the e-commerce industry, including online
retailers, marketplaces, and platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target
organizations.
- Understand clients' business objectives, pain points, and challenges to effectively
position our fintech solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and
value proposition of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer
success, to optimize sales efforts and maximize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to
identify new business opportunities.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience, with a focus on e-commerce
and selling to SMBs.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including payment processing,
financial management, and related technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive
environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and
as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
